Color Infuse Red
Red may be the color that turns heads faster than any other; but, unfortunately, it’s also the color that fades the fastest, too. So we thought it was only fair to give our favorite Gingers their very own shampoo… one that brings on a rosy glow, and puts color-stripping to a screeching halt. Then we went one better: by adding ingredients that amp up the shine factor and put frizz to shame.
Perfect choice for: Any shade of red… color treated or au naturel. Color Infuse never discriminates.
Here’s how: Easy-as-pie (cherry pie, that is): Just wet hair thoroughly; lather, rinse, and repeat if necessary.
The inside secret: Multi-Spectrum Defense Complex pairs powerful antioxidants and UV protection to literally anchor color from the inside out; our Bio-Advanced Peptide Complex repairs and prevents future damage for up to 25 shampoos.

I love this shampoo. Unlike the others my hair is now crazy soft and my red has stayed. I do use the kpak red dye every couple of weeks to keep the vibrancy I want but I really do think it helps keep the colour in. I like the smell as well. The only thing I wish was that it came in litres! I go through these tiny bottles way too fast!
I'm a stylist, and recently went from platinum blonde, to bright "mermaid" red. I love my color so much, and was ecstatic when I came across this shampoo/conditioner at the supply house, as I expected my new color to fade super fast. My hair went from being soft, shiny, and healthy, to dry and dull within a couple of shampoos. It was stripping my color terribly, and turning my ends muddy. I tried a couple different colors, and they basically washed right down the drain leaving me muddy and dull. I just wanted my vibrant, head turning red back. I did an intense moisturizer 2 days ago, and planned another round of my bright red semipermanent color for tonight. (It's only been a week since my last round) Since its semipermanent color, I always shampoo/condition, and completely dry my hair before application. Tonight, I opted out of this red shampoo/conditioner, and used what I was using before. I am thrilled to say all of the muddiness is gone, and the shine is back. There was also an unwanted orange cast starting to peek through, that seems to be gone. It may do better with the darker violet reds, or red browns. I would pay close attention to moisture level, to prevent excessive breakage.
I've only used this shampoo and conditioner combo once so far and I can't say that it has revived my color yet.. I'm going to the salon to get a touch up and then I'm going to try the product again. I can say that the smell is fairly pleasant but it made my hair extremely dry, even after conditioning! I had high expectations.. But, along with the shampoo and conditioner I also purchased the Joico K-PAC protect and shine serum. Once I applied THAT product to my hair after the wash it seemed to moisturize my hair exceptionally well. Anyway, all in all, I was quiet disappointed with the shampoo and conditioner alone because not only did it fail to revive my color (which is the purpose of the product) it also dried my hair out. Thinking about getting my money back but I'm willing to get it another chance.
I had high hopes for the shampoo and conditioner combo. The shampoo and conditioner even when the directions are followed to a T make my hair dry, dull and my scalp itchy. :( I went from honey blonde to a red violet. If I paid more I would be fighting to get my colour stripped and a full refund.
Only have used it once so far, I have auburn hair and did inhance my color but I probably will rotate shampoos for more conditioning otherwise I think it's works pretty good
