HERE’S YOUR TOOLKITTY
A clip or comb to section your hair
2 elastics
Rise Up Powder Spray
Couple bobby pins
Boar-bristle brush
Eyeliner!
Why Rise-Up’s purr-fect for this look…
When you need a lift, this long-lasting, innovative styler elevates flat hair with a single, breezy “puff” of volume. The lightweight, fine-mist “lifting” powder delivers long-lasting hold and pollution protection, in a super-easy-to-use application that never leaves behind traces of visible residue. You’ll get a super-fine, flexible boost, with grip, density, shine, and softness.
LET’S GET STARTED
Step 1: Grab a section of hair on one side of the crown (leave bangs or long layers in the front free).
Step 2: Braid that section halfway down, then secure loosely with a large elastic.
Step 3: Repeat on the other side.
Step 4: Apply Rise Up onto the braided sections, and gently loosen the braids…tugging as work your way upwards.
Step 5: Coil each braid-strand into a mini bun at the top of the head, leaving ends free. Slip off elastics and use them to secure each of your “cat ears.” Add a bobby pin for extra hold.
Step 6: Apply more Rise Up throughout the hair for grip and texture, lifting layers up as you spray in the product.
Step 7: Tease loose hair with your brush to unleash a fierce, messy look.
Step 8: Pull out the eyeliner brush and draw on your whiskers, nose, and mouth.
