We can think of a few reasons you might want to try our Smooth Cure Shampoo, but here are two of the best: This gentle cleanser is actually the smartest way to preserve and extend a (pricey) straightening treatment long after you leave the salon. And if you haven’t gone the pro route, but want sleeker, smoother tresses without the expense or exposure to harsh chemicals, this shampoo gets you there – and keeps you there for up to 72 hours.
Perfect choice for: Curly or “erratic” hair – whether coarse or fine–that’s in need of some serious taming.
Here’s how: Apply to your textured hair; lather, rinse (repeat if you’re craving a second go-round). For ultimate smoothness follow with Smooth Cure Conditioner.
The inside secret: Our formaldehyde-free KeraShield Complex – the cornerstone of our smoothing shampoo–contains Keratin, Brazil Nut Oil, and Tucuma Butter, designed to strengthen and straighten, reduce frizz by 79%, and provide 3 days of protection against humidity.Buy Now

I am in two minds about this product.
I have very thick, coarse hair and theres alot of it.
Most shampoos seem to strip my hair of oils and result in a fluffy, fly-away clean. I like to avoid heat treating my hair, leaving it to dry wavy naturally.
I do find that this product allows my hair to dry with less frizziness.
However, because it doesnt lather in the shower, I find it hard to get a clean feel when Im washing. I also find myself using alot of the product, which isnt great for value for money.
I could see that others with oilier hair types might find this product too much, but I have dry hair didnt find the coating to be too much of a problem.
I dont hate it, but dont think ill repurchase.
It's true that hair feels coated and weighed down, but if you have curly/frizzy hair, I bet you're used to having stuff all over your hair. The good thing is that this product actually eliminates frizz and leaves hair soft and shiny.
Weighed down? Well, that's what I was going for. Bottomline, hair doesn't feel totally clean after the shower, but I really like the results
Love this product and so do my clients. With smooth cure products less is more. You have to rinse the conditioner thoroughly from the hair to avoid the coated feeling. I love how strong and shiny the hair feels after this treatment. It's a top of the line product at our salon.
You really ought to put an ingredient list up, JOICO. If you are a sulfate-free shampoo, a big selling point for you is going to be that ingredients list.
I like the smell of this shampoo, but that's where the positives end for me. Hair feels coated after rinsing thoroughly after shampooing and conditioning. Hair is limp, dry, weighed down after styling. Wish I had not bought it! (especially because I got the big bottles)
