I have overprocessed natural wavy hair. Too much highlighting and straighting has left my hair dry and brittle. My stylist recommneded Joico moisture recovery,I am so impressed with the results. My hair is starting to recover and I'm starting my second bottle, I'll continue with this product!!!!

 

Before using Joico shampoo && conditoner my hair was terrible. I had NO elasticity and my ends looked horrified and dry! My teacher referred me to using Joico and after just one wash I could tell a difference in my hair just the next day! I wouldnt want to use any other name brand but this!!!

I was turned on to Joico products by my beautician probably about 2 years ago. I purchased this shampoo, conditioner, and the treatment balm and the k-pak reconstructor. From that moment on I have fell in love with the Joico products. I ran out so decided to switch up and get the k-pak shampoo and conditioner because my hair is a little damaged in thinning, but I haven't had the chance to use it yet but I'm sure I will love it just the same. Joico, keep up the good work. I love your products. By the way, I am African American and I started with relaxed hair but have since went natural and your products still work on either hair type.

 

I know how people have raved on this site and others about this shampoo. Before I tried this one I had tried the Joico K-Pak and loved it. Unfortunately, I could not find the Joico K-Pak at the store I went to, so I decided to give this one a shot. After a few nights of trying this I broke out extremely bad and I wasn't allowed to return it and I had called the company and they wouldn't take it back, either. It was rather disappointing.

 

I am an african american male with course wavy (chemical-free) hair. I was recommended this product by my barber. Hands down, this is the BEST shampoo that I have used. It leathers on the first wash and it truly moisturizes the hair and scalp while adding a great degree of smoothness to the hair. The mositure recovery conditioner is an excellent compliment to the shampoo. Since I have used both the shampoo and conditioner, I only have to use little, to if any, after wash hair products to have a smooth finish for my textured hair. I get compliments from a lot of people on the softness and the smootheness of my hair. Guys dont sleep on Joico products....... Please note that since this is a professional grade product, using a small amount of product carries you a long way :-) Team Joico 4 ever.......

Amazing is not even the word. I had to change from a shampoo and conditioner I used for 5 years. So I went on a hunt for a hydrating shampoo and conditioner. After alot of research, I saw that Joico was one of the best brands. So I went to the store and picked it up. I am african american women who is 12 weeks post relaxer. This shampoo makes my new growth very managable, and absolutely no tangles. The lather is very rich. The shampoo is consistentcy is right between a gel and cream, cery light but not to think and not to watery. I think this will be taking over where my other shampoo left off. Love it
