I have thick, coarse, unmanageable hair. Or at least I did, it is now bouncy & soft. My hair was a victim of dyeing, flat irons, aging and a thyroid condition. Thyroid problems make your hair brittle & it breaks alot. I tried all kinds of products, then I found K-Pak on-line. I am on my 3rd treatment of K-Pak DPR and it should be called CPR. I have fine, straight blonde hair with a slight wave to it, but as I get older-the gray hairs coming in are curlier and thicker, which give my hair a frizzy look. Besides that the coloring I do with a home product, well-my hair looked over-processed, dull and just plain frizzy. The beautician suggested this Joico product and I figured I'd try it, despite the 3 other bottles of store bought conditioner I had at home..Those other conditioner left my already fine hair with no volume at all and oily looking. Applying this conditioner in the shower I was pleasantly surprised I still had volume to my hair along with the smooth, silky feel of a conditioner. After blowdrying, my hair still had volume AND felt and looked smoother, minimizing the frizzy look tremendously and not oily looking. One week later, my hair looks healthy and non-frizzy! I love the way it feels too! I have been receiving compliments also! I'm not crazy about the smell when it comes out of the tube, but the after smell is pleasant enough. I plan on using this product every day for-forever!!!

 

I color my hair due to age, This is the only conditioner I use. It makes my hair soft and shiney. It feels young and alive. I let it stay on my hair 30 monutes and rinse. Hardly anything comes out is absorbs all the nutrients and emolients inside for making my hair like it was when I was 20. I highly reccomend this product.

 

I have used it once, and I notice such a difference! My hair is more manageable, shiny, and overall better!!!

I am a black hair stylist, and because of the great degree of chemical breakdown that occurs on black hair during relaxer and color services, I have used nearly every reconstructor on the market. I must say that this is THE BEST. From the first use, there are noticeable results. It improves strength, elasticity, and the overall resiliency of the hair. It only takes minutes to get the full results, and less is definitely more. On top of it all, it smells great too! Good job!

 

Before using this product my hair had been very badly damaged, i.e. general weak feeling strands, a perpetual straw-like dry feeling even when it felt sort of soft, and worst of all severe breakage. I did a little research and happened upon this amazing reconstructor. Being somewhat of a hair fanatic, I expect my products to deliver *immediately and effectively* - this one definitely did. After one 5-7 minute application my hair felt stronger and more elastic, it was a little dry but that's to be expected with a reconstructing protein conditioner. I did a deep treat immediately afterwards with another one of my faves, Joico's Moisture Recovery Balm and my hair felt so amazing...complete turnaround. I have natural 4a thick and dense but fine curly hair. I'd recommend this product to anyone with moisture/protein balance issues. Love it! Thanks Joico.

A horrible bleach incident left me with a head full of white straw that I couldn't even get a brush through. A few uses of the Reconstructor, and my hair was silky and manageable again. This stuff is a MUST if you've had any kind of chemical treatments done to your hair. The damage is now gone, but I still use it to keep my hair healthy. It's nice and creamy, and the smell is great. I love it.

okay, so i hate washing my hair and I often neglect it, but this product amazed me. I tried it on thursay with the chelating shampoo and the conditioner and now, four days later, it is still smooth, healthy and silky. GO AND BUY THIS PRODUCT !!
