LIMITED 12-MONTH WARRANTY
Joico warrants this iron against any manufacturer defects, faulty workmanship or faulty material for 12 months after date of purchase. Within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective iron at our option. All returns under warranty must include proof of purchase. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- - Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: housing or plate scratches; shorts or cuts in the power supply cord or plug
- - Damage due to misuse and abuse, including but not limited to: dropping; wrong voltage supply; neglecting safety precautions
- - Tampering, such as repair or attempted repair by an unauthorized party
- - Neglect or lack of proper maintenance
- - Damage to cord
